Start with the work already done.

Bring in gym photos, mirror photos, and older progress pictures from Photos, then keep adding to the same project as the goal changes.

Is DayReel only for weight loss progress photos?

No. You can use it for muscle gain, body recomposition, strength blocks, posture changes, running projects, or any visible fitness project.

Can I keep my progress photos private?

Yes. DayReel is designed around private projects in your personal iCloud, with sharing only when you choose to share something.

Can I add measurements as well as photos?

Yes. You can keep optional metrics with the project, then use them in shared videos when they help show the change.

Do I need to take photos from the exact same angle?

No, but repeatable angles make compare videos clearer. DayReel still works with the photos you already have. We have some tools to help you keep each photo aligned while taking the photo and when creating a video.

Can I share a before and after video?

Yes. Use a compare template or timeline-style video when you want to turn the project into something you can share.
